This cute and cozy one bedroom cottage features all the comforts of home. It has been lovingly maintained and decorated by the owners, who are local artists. The house includes a mix of antiques and new furniture, as well as many of the owners unique pieces of art. French doors in the Master bedroom lead to a deck overlooking a private, shady backyard. There's off-street parking and even room for a boat trailer. Start your day relaxing on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds, or sit on the front porch under the canopy of the ancient oak, dripping with Spanish moss.

Located less than a block from the Gulf, the little house is in a historic residential neighborhood. Take a short stroll down to the beach and enjoy one of our beautiful sunsets or watch the shore birds feeding. There are many shops, galleries, and museums within walking distance, along with boat rides and island tours. You can also enjoy a variety of restaurants and eateries that feature local seafood and entertainment.

If you're looking for the peace and tranquility of small town life and an escape from the daily bump and grind, the Little House is just the place for you. Snooze as late as you want, or rise with the sun and head out on the water to go after the catch of the day. Come, kick off your shoes and relax "island style"!
