The third floor has 2 bedroom suits, one with private balcony. 2nd floor has a game room with balcony, laundry room, guest room, bath and wet bar. The master suite feels like it came out of the British West Indies. French doors lead to a large balcony with amazing views. Large walk in shower 2 shower heads with slide bar, separate toilet and bidet area. Bath opens to 2nd floor balcony.

There are 3 AC systems to fit your comfort zone. 1st floor all tile floors, 2nd floor all wood floors and 3rd floor all carpet. 1st floor is at ground level with back courtyard off kitchen, front open deck with pergola and front porch off living room. 2 car garage has 2 sets of French doors that open to back courtyard to host a large party. This house provides privacy yet is within walking and biking distance to downtown. If you desire WE CAN STOCK THE KITCHEN FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. Off shore fishing available and kayaking.

Renting the Carters' Home in Cedar Key was a hassle free experience. The dock being so close to the house, was extremely convenient. Their Beautiful home is great for entertaining lots of people, with everyone having plenty of room. The views from the house are absolutely spectacular. I would definitely recommend renting this wonderful space in this laid back town, if you have the opportunity.

When making reservation 50% is due. The balance and $800 (fully refundable security without damage) is due30 days prior to rental. Cleaning fee is $200 for 1 week stay. Rental is non-cancelable unless rented by another party. Hurricane cancellations can be rescheduled. Pets will be determined by owner with pet deposit.
