A deposit of $400 is required to confirm your dates. Balance required in full eight weeks before commencement of rental, at which time a keycode for entry to the apartment and a wi-fi code for internet connexion in the apartment will be provided. The following will be added to the rental charge: local authority Resort Tax at 5%; a single payment of $60 for cleaning the apartment at end of rental, irrespective of the length of stay; a security deposit of $200, which is fully refundable subject to manager’s confirmation of no loss or breakages. Seven nights minimum stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
