Florida Gulf Coast condominium rental

Our light, spacious, open-plan apartment is in the Shorewalk complex, situated on the beautiful central Gulf Coast of Florida. Shorewalk comprises 2-story buildings on 30 acre grounds with mature trees. Paths, well-lit at night, meander around 6 stocked lakes to lead guests to pools and jacuzzis, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball (boules), and a clubhouse with billiard room, table tennis, TV, library, games, and a barbecue area. Drive west along Cortez road to the beautiful Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, or south down the Tamiami Trail to the galleries, theatres and marinas of cultured Sarasota. Take an airboat ride at Myakka state park. Contact the local astronomical society to see whether they are doing a public viewing. Listen to open-air music at St Armandâ€™s Circle or Lakeland. PLEASE NOTE that on the complex, the following items are not permitted: pets, trailers, RVs, motor homes, trucks, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, boats or jet-skis. This is an upper-story apartment and is only accessible via an external stair. The apartment itself is all on one level.

A deposit of $400 is required to confirm your dates. Balance required in full eight weeks before commencement of rental, at which time a keycode for entry to the apartment and a wi-fi code for internet connexion in the apartment will be provided. The following will be added to the rental charge: local authority Resort Tax at 5%; a single payment of $60 for cleaning the apartment at end of rental, irrespective of the length of stay; a security deposit of $200, which is fully refundable subject to manager’s confirmation of no loss or breakages. Seven nights minimum stay. Rates are subject to change without notice. High season Nov 2012 to Apr 2013 currently fully booked or unavailable.
