The unit sleeps 4-6 in 2 large upstairs bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area. The kitchen has all new (2004) wood cabinets, granite countertops and tile floors. The back patio has a grill & dining area. The large fenced-in side yard is perfect for boat parking or children at play.

Credit Card or Check Accepted

A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be held as a damage deposit during your stay and will be refunded as soon as the townhouse is inspected after your departure. A $65 cleaning fee, plus any damages above normal wear and tear, will also apply. The full rent, plus 11.5% sales and resort tax, is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
