Completely remodeled, 2 BR, 1-1/2 bath, beach house right on the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico. Walk out the door to a wide, white, powdery beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom beach house is located in the most perfect spot you’ll ever find! This private and quiet beach hide-a-way has the best of both worlds... sun and shade. Enjoy the cool breeze under the majestic pines and tropical palms. A dining canopy with table and chairs, swing, and hammock, overlooking beach, are provided for your vacation pleasure.

Upon entering this remodeled home, you encounter panoramic views of the beach and the gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom. It has a "dream" kitchen with center island and all new appliances plus a built in desk with phone jack for your computer (if you can't leave home without it)! We can also provide a porta-crib and booster chair for an infant if needed. The unique U-shaped bathroom has two scupltured sinks, adjacent toilet, and adjacent shower/tub and is directly accesable from the outside.

Living room

The TV and game room has a comfortable lounge chair for the captain, a sleeper sofa (Queen), game table with chairs, TV, Stereo radio/CD player, and VCR/DVD player. Cards, books, games, and puzzles are provided. The floors are terrazzo - great for the beach and easy to maintain. There are two outside hot and cold water showers and direct entry to both bathrooms from the outside. Walk to restaurants and shopping.

A large grocery store and drugs stores are on the island, less than a mile away. Kitchen spices, coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and bath soap are provided. Just about anything can be rented on the island - kayaks, paddle boards, skim boards, scooters, bicycles, etc. This location is 30 minutes from Sarasota, one hour from the Tampa airport, and a discount shopping center is 25 minutes away. Other attractions include Sarasota Jungle Gardens 30 min.), Mote Marine Aquarium (20 min.), Bush Gardens (1 hr.), Disney World (1 1/2 hrs). You can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, motor scooters, bicycles, etc. on the island. There are three fishing piers on the island. Fishing charters, parasailing, and golfing is also available.

Full amount of rent and tax is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Arrival time is Saturday at 3:00 PM Departure time is Saturday at 10:00 AM. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 90 days prior to occupancy or if property is released for same rental period.
