Guest parking is under the building and around the pool. Building security can be found around at any time day or night and a building maintenance person is available from 8 - 12 daily and by telephone thereafter. With a completely furnished interior, this unit includes one queen bedroom with master shower stall bathroom and sliders to the screened lanai. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and both bedrooms have full wall closets. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower.

All windows and sliders have blinds. The spacious kitchen is fully applianced including garbage disposal, and NEW (2005) appliances. There is a full sized Lazy-Boy pull out bed; Lazy-Boy love seat is two recliners. The enclosed side of the lanai is furnished with glass top table and chairs for 4, electric grill, and towel rack for pool towels. The screened side of the lanai has additional 4 outside chairs. Local telephone service and cable TV are included, and the cell phone reception is great. There are plenty of brand new towels and sheets. Since this is our home as well, it contains everything you could possibly need up to and including post-it notes!
