(60 days for monthly rental) Payment due 30 days prior to arrival, 11.5% tax. Bookings less than a week add $300 cleaning fee. Must be 25 to rent. Minimum 3 night rentals. No Refunds of Rent for Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival or early departure.
