Getting to the beach is easy with your private beach access right outside the door. Families will love the private gated community, kids bunk room (with full size crib, large TV and DVD), nature trails, and proximity to shops, restaurants and activities. Everyone will love being so close to the gulf that you can see and hear the surf from the dining room table! Relax and enjoy your favorite book in the large open family room which features two attractive sitting areas, a queen sleeper sofa, original artwork and gulf and lake views. Enjoy a cozy meal for two or a feast for the entire family at the beautiful antique barge board farm table.  Cooks will love the well appointed open kitchen. Spring and summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Rates and fees are subject to 11.5% local and state tax, pets allowed w/ prior approval & $125 pet fee. Optional pool heating fee. Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Stays of less than 1 week are subject to additional cleaning fees. Reservation Deposit of 50% total balance due required to book. Remaining balance and $450 refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in 5:00pm. Check out 10:00 am.
