$216 cleaning fee 12% tax; $85 damage waiver fee; $50 pet fee weekly rental during spring/summer; 3 night minimum during fall and winter We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age. $50 pet fee if applicable; 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and will receive a 3.5% discount. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
