The house is only 100 yards from the beach with great beach access via a private landscaped palm tree lined path...no roads to cross! The main living and dining area are on the first floor over looking the pool and garden. There are three bedrooms:. Two master suites (1K, 1Q) are on the second floor with the third bedroom (2F) and bath on the first floor.

50% Reservaton Deposit. Balance, taxes and security deposit due at 4 weeks prior to arrival date. PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Security Deposit is 25% of weekly rental rate and is secured against your credit cardas an authorization and will automatically drop provided no damage and all rules and regulations are followed. Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Sorry No Pets, No Smoking. Parking for 3 cars.
