This area has been a favorite for swimmers, surfers and surf fisherman. Deep sea fishing, golf at the Arnold Palmer Lost Key Resort, and outlet shopping are other enjoyable activities that abound.

Spring: Mar 1 - May 20 $100/night $650/week

Summer: May 21 - Aug 5 $125/night $800/week, 3 night min.

Late Summer: Aug 6 - Nov 30 $100/night $650 week, 2 night min.

Fall / Winter $900/monthly ( Oct. - March)

Monthly rental available for any given month, email for pricing.

Cleaning fee: $50, Tax 11.5%, where not included in the rate. Check-in around 4 p.m., Check-out by 10 a.m.. A $100 deposit will hold your chosen dates. The balance may be paid 15 days prior to arrival date with certified funds or 30 days prior by personal check. Cancellations with at least 14 days notice, receive all monies back. Less than 14 days notice, forfeit cleaning fee ($50), all other monies returned. If a hurricane prevents arrival, all monies are returned. If evaculation required while occupying unit, charges apply to nights stayed on a pro-rata basis plus cleaning fee & tax.
