No Smoking (deposit can be forfeited)
There is a $150.00 security deposit due immediately upon booking
unit. Returned after the stay and no damage to the condo. Spring
Break requires higher deposit of $500.00
Cancellations 46 days or more prior to travel will receive a full
refund.
Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund less the $200-
$500 deposit ($200-$500 charge).
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to travel will receive no refund
unless we can rent unit,at which time a refund less $200-$500 will be
returned.
Note: Last screened box in red on calendar is checkout day, and is
available!
Summit charges $15.00 registration. Spring Break registration is
$35.00. No refunds for early departure for any reason.
