...is a beautiful contemporary beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in the main house, 1 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse, private pool, poolside deck, pergola, and is located along Scenic Gulf Drive in the seaside neighborhood of Crystal Beach on the Emerald Coast. This 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views. The 24 X 12 private pool is situated in the backyard between the main house and guest house. There are three private suites each with king size beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has a TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the main house, guest house and poolside.

Sterling Stay Beach House provides 4 rented beach chairs and 2 umbrellas daily at the beach for our guests. These are already set up on the beach by a vendor so you only need to go to the beach and provide the password to the attendant. There are also plenty of folding beach chairs in the house pool closet that you can take to the beach on a trolley that is provided for guests.

Adjacent to the suite is the Cabana Lounge with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, sink, mini-frig, dishes, and dining table for 2 - 4. Amenities THE BEACH Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast. RECREATION: Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin.
