Hidden Dunes is a gated community nestled in twenty-seven acres of secluded paradise in Destin, Fl. The resort has its own private sugar beach, a short walk away (no roads to cross) or ride the complementary tram (in season). The facility has six beautiful clay courts, two pros and tennis center. Two large swimming pools with jacuzzi/ hot tubs and lot of comfortable deck chairs are provided. Our 3 bedroom unit offers FREE wireless broadband Internet service. The large screened in porch has a great view of the tennis courts. The Owners wife has decorated the unit with numerous watercolor paintings. All of the beds are high grade, very comfortable and use Martha Stewart sheets.

The cleaning fee is already included in the costing above. There is a $250 reservation fee to reserve the unit. If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival date, the $250 will be refunded in full. There is a city and state tax of 12% that will be added to the balance of the account. Payment in full is required 60 days before the date of arrival.
