The second floor has one bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar area. The table seats up to 10 people, with an extra end table that seats three. The living room has lots of comfortable seating and a 55 inch plasma TV. Also off of the living room is another porch with nice views. There is a powder room to serve the Living and Dining area.

On the third floor enjoy the two master suites. Each has a king size bed with walk-in closets and beautiful bathrooms equipped with large jacuzzi tubs, walk in showers, and double sinks. There are also large flat screen TVs (LCD). This floor has a second large capacity front load washer and dryer. Plus it has a powder bath for the tower level.
