Beach lovers paradise! This upscale home has an outstanding location across from the pool, on a cul-de-sac and a very short stroll to the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. All the comforts of home are present in our well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath plus loft. The loft has a TV and VCR and is used as a play area during the day and turns into a 4th bedroom at night. We are located in Emerald Shores, about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center at the corner of Hwy 98 and Rt 293 and we are about seven blocks west of silver sands shopping center, we are south of Hwy 98 just a short walk to the beach.

The Master bedroom has a walk out to the balcony, and a private bath with an oversize whirlpool tub. There are two community pools, a tennis court, a gated entry way and a private beach pavilion for owners and guests only, with restrooms and showers for your convenience.
