Six bedroom/four bath with PRIVATE HEATED POOL located on beautiful Holiday Isle in Destin! Enjoy fantastic Gulf and harbor views while located only steps from the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Over 4000 square feet of professional decoration. On the first floor is a great large kids' room with 2 sets of twin bunks. At the entrance to the home on the second floor is a sitting area, which flows to the dining area, which seats 8, the breakfast bar, which seats 6, and of course the state of the art kitchen. The large kitchen features upgraded cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious living room has 22' ceilings and features a 52-inch, big-screen television and a sofa sleeper. The French doors open onto a large 25' X 25' deck that views Destin Harbor, the Gulf of Mexico and the private pool. There is a gas grill to BBQ your favorite foods as you watch the mullet jump out of the water in the harbor. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds with private baths and a large laundry room.

The third floor features wonderful views, a professional pool table to bring the family together, and a sofa sleeper. The master suite has a private bath and a king bed. There is also a queen bed and private bath in the 5th bedroom and finally a small bedroom with 1 set of twin bunks. All covered decks in front of the houses faces west. The sunsets are to die for.
