Our unit features two balconies one with splendid gulf views and the other overlooking the tennis courts. Our home has a Tropical theme, with hand painted murals in the Living Room, Kitchen and Hall bathroom. The oversized Living room will provide you with plenty of room to rest and relax as you take in the sounds and views of the Gulf.

In the separate Dining room you will find seating for 6 and 4 more at the breakfast bar. The Master suite features a gorgeous 4-poster mahogany bed and private dressing area and bath. There is also access to the oversized balcony with breath-taking sunrise Gulf views. The guest room continues the Tropical décor. Mainsail Resort has it all, offering guests a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy their vacation. There is a private 700+ foot beach, two swimming pools (one is heated), hot tub, Kiddie pool, arcade, shuffleboard, 4 tennis courts and a fitness center with sauna.

Have Children? No problem. We have booster chairs, pack-and-plays, and toys among other items you may need. Plus, enjoy the GREAT pool area for kids! Your kids will enjoy the 1 foot wading pool and water fall. For older kids, there is an arcade. You can also enjoy a great picnic by the pool. Area includes a nice grilling area!

There are also two large grassy common areas for frisbee, football or just about anything else. There are many local attractions close-by including; Silver Sands luxury outlet mall (across the street), fishing, wild life viewing, horse back riding, golf, tennis and much more. The Gulf Breezes and the sounds of the ocean are unforgettable from this condo. Just a few steps away, walk out on to one of the whitest beaches and into the emerald green waters of the Gulf.
