Enjoy Destin at it's Finest in our Piece of Paradise that we call "Seaside Serenity".  Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 story,1325 sq. ft.  townhouse is just 65 yards from the breathtaking emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.  It is beautifully decorated in bright tropical colors.  Our front door is just 20 yards from the pool and kiddie pool and 30 yards from 2 lit tennis courts. There are no roads to cross.  Seaside Serenity is Fully Furnished and Family Friendly.

BEDROOMS: The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, TV with DVD, ceiling fan and walk in closet.  The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV with DVD, shared bath, ceiling fan, and large closet.  The Third Bedroom has a bunkbed with Single size top bunk, Full size lower bunk, and Single size trundle, TV with DVD, shared bath, ceiling fan and large closet.  The sofa in the main room opens into a Queen size bed.

Our "home away from home" offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 6, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, microwave, griddle, a full size washer and drier, central heating and air-conditioning, gas grill, 4 flat screen cable TV's with DVD, pack-n-play (please bring your own crib sheet and blanket), booster seat, bedroom linens, kitchen and bath towels, beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs and pool and beach toys.  Enjoy the private patio and garden with table and chairs that seat 6, and gas grill.  The private lake is just a 2 minute walk from the front door and offers turtles and ducks to feed, gazebo's, walking bridge and stocked for fishing (catch and release only).

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please add 11% Florida Lodging Tax and $90.00 cleaning fee to all rentals. There is a $250 deposit that is in addition to the rental fee. The security deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory condition of the townhouse at check-out. Payment of rental fee, tax and cleaning fee is due 4 weeks prior to check-in.
