Our "Beach Ball Bungalow" is a 2 bedroom, two bath second floor condo at The Tradewinds Condominiums. Just steps away from the beach, Tradewinds is located at 2250 Old Highway 98/Scenic Gulf Highway with an excellent view of the Gulf from both balconies and living room! Not only located just steps from the beach but also across from our personal favorite restaurant, Pompano Joe's as well as minutes from other great restaurants, fun-filled theme parks and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Outlet.

Having excellent views of the emerald shores and swimming pool, Beach Ball Bungalow has been totally updated with new furniture, appliances, carpet and ceramic tile in kitchen and baths. Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and each has it's own private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining area as well as living area with sleeper sofa! For your convenience, there is a TV/vcr in every room. Beach Ball Bungalow's amenities provide you with just what you are looking for - tasteful beach ambience, excellent views of the gulf and only steps from the beach!

Security Deposit is required ($200.00) and reserves your rental. Security Deposit becomes a damage deposit upon check-in and is refunded after a satisfactory check-out. Cleaning fee is $95.00 and this unit is THOROUGHLY CLEANED between EACH and EVERY rental! Bed tax of 11.5% required on all rentals (both state and county tax.)
