We are family oriented and we will not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25). A reservation/security deposit of $350 is required and due upon booking a reservtion. In addition to the rental rate, a $60 processing fee, a $165 exit cleaning fee and 11.5 % FL tax are added to the invoice. Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there has been no smoking, no pets, no damage and no theft and all policies have be respected. Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please inquire about cancellation policy. Thank you.
