Welcome to the Mara Lee vacation home! It is located in Maravilla Beachfront Resort in Destin, Florida! Be my guest and enjoy a beach vacation on the Emerald Coast! Soon you'll discover the beauty of the sugar white sand and emerald green water is only surpassed by splashing into its surf to play. No wonder the ocean's splendor draws us to return! The Maravilla Resort offers two and one-half acres of private beach, two swimming pools, (one heated), spa, clubhouse with exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and BBQ grills.

The Mara Lee home features 1635 square feet, four bedrooms, two baths and accommodates ten guests. It is tastefully decorated and has lots of extra home amenities such as: fully equipped kitchen, drinking water provided with reverse osmosis, water softener, two-car garage, and full size washer and dryer. Of course, we have a Playstation for the kids. Our friendly on-site resident managers will welcome you. I am delighted to offer your family an absolutely beautiful beach house with reasonable rates. SORRY, NO PETS, NO SMOKING AND NO YOUNG ADULTS (UNDER AGE 25). WE ARE FAMILY ORIENTED. A reservation/security deposit of $350 is required and due upon booking. In addition to the rate, a $60 processing fee, $140 exit cleaning fee and 11.5% FL tax are added to the invoice. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be cancelled 90 days prior to the arrival date or the deposit is forfeited. All cancellations are subject to $100 cancellation fee, $60 non-refundable processing fee and 11.5% FL tax. Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or theft and all rental policies have been respected. Thank you.
