This is not a deposit but a fee. Please don't assume all pets are allowed. (a) Your pet must be approved in advanced in writing. (b) You must indicate exact weight, breed and age. (c) Your pet must be on the registration form with exact weight, name, breed and age. (d) A unique registration must be filled out. (e) Pets must be house trained. (f) Pets must be Flea free. (g) Additional Cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit if a. Pets get on furniture and bedding. b. Pet hair is found in the unit. You are responsible for removing all pet hair (h) Pets must be crated if owners are not present inside the property.
