St Joe Beach 3 bedroom home rental

This recently renovated and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom home is located on a quiet street across from the beach. For your convenience, our large yard has room to park a boat or RV. The home has an outdoor shower and screened front porch overlooking the tropical landscaped front yard. The huge open living room has 12 foot vaulted ceilings and tile everywhere except for the newly carpeted bedrooms. The Master bath has a sunken tub and separate shower. The Kitchen has everything possible.

The deck off the back of the house has a gas grill and overlooks our fenced backyard. The storage shed in back has all necessary beach supplies, wagon, stroller, coolers, chairs, fishing poles, umbrellas and beach cart. There is a golf cart to rent and 4 brand new bikes for rental. We also now have 2 new kayaks to rent. St. Joe Beach is a dedicated beach and there are no high-rise condos. The beach is sugar white sand and crystal clear water.

There is plenty of sea and shore wildlife due to the fact that this beach is such a secret to many. The house is situated between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach and both offer full service marinas with public boat ramps. Dining is within walking distance. The world famous "Wonder Bar" which overlooks the beach and Regans Oyster Pub are within a five minute walk. Our 2004 golf cart with four seats is available and makes going to the beach a breeze.
