It is only .5 miles to St Joseph Peninsula State Park with boat launch, hiking and bike trails and bay and Gulf beaches. There are 2 large Gulf front bedrooms with private decks, making it great for couples traveling together. The third floor Gulf front Master bedroom, has a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet, double vanity sinks in the attached bath and incredible views off the private uncovered balcony. The second floor Gulf front bedroom, has a queen sized bed, a private covered deck overlooking the Gulf and has a door into the large jack and jill bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom. This bathroom has 2 showers with a separate stall and a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. The Living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa bed bringing total sleeping accommodations to 8. The deck off of the main floor has awesome views and a gas grill for cooking those wonderful dinners and watching the sun drip down into the water each evening. We will have a fenced area for dogs by August 2008. |

The home has a well equipped Kitchen, full laundry facilities, free wireless internet access and free long distance phone service to US and Canada, a gas grill. This is important because your cell phone may not work on the Cape. There are TVs in every bedroom and TV/DVD player in the living room. The home has movies, books and game library. The home is pet friendly. Cape San Blas was rated number 1 beach in the US by Dr Beach. K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach in 2006. Even some of the nearby restaurants are open air and pet friendly. Cape San Blas is located on a beautiful peninsula about 10 miles long, with 5 miles of State Park at the tip with the Gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point. See sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf from the house. |

We have no high rises on the peninsula and the beaches are low density. There is a boardwalk to the beach play area for the kids. This is a gated community with less than 40 units. Activities and Attractions: -- Watching sunsets from the decks, inside the home or on the beach. Walking on the deserted beach to the north, shelling, dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, bird watching, nature loving. Golf is within 20 minutes, Choose from a multitude of great dining locations within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Numerous Charter Fishing operators from 10 to 30 minutes.
