Sunset Serenity, formerly known as Sunset Reflections Too, is a beautiful, pet-friendly home, with private heated pool and screen porch and is only 200 feet from the water's edge. The beaches are pet-friendly and low density and face due west for spectacular sunsets. The view is dramatic with over 150 feet unobstructed view of the beach and water in front. Beach view down the beach is wide open. We have no high rises on Cape San Blas, you can walk down the beach and not see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks. You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool. New hot tub on raised platform with beach views, being added Feb 2011.

This home has everything to make your vacation memorable; a large Kitchen, two Living areas, 2 Dining areas, 4 bedrooms, each with attached bath. The two Master suites step out to the balcony overlooking the beach, have jacuzzi tubs, and king sized beds. Bedroom 3 is king bedroom, with door into full bath, which is also acessible from 4th bedroom, with double bunks. A 4th full bath on the main is great too. There is an outside shower near the pool. The screened porch off the main floor provides protection when the westerly breeze is not blowing them away. The home sits right on one of the most beautiful sections of America's Number 1 Beach.

The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine in 2006. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly. It's located approximately 1/2 mile from the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and wildlife sanctuary. There is plenty of room to park your boat in the driveway. The bike path heading to the state park is just up from the house on the Cape San Blas Rd.
