You'll love the spacious kitchen with its new black appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and small appliances. (You'll even find a "snow cone" machine!) Of the three bedrooms, two have a queen bed, one has three twin beds. The sofa in the living room has a chaise large enough for sleeping. In addition, a twin roll-away bed and an infant's "pack 'n play" crib is available.

The beautiful new 16 x 26 foot swimming pool surrounded by a large open deck is the perfect place to spend the day swimming and sunning. There is a washer and dryer. Outside is a fish cleaning station and a shower to wash off when coming in from the beach. To make it even better, take a bike ride on one of the two "beach bikes" plus an additional one for the children. A large sandbox, complete with lots of dump trucks help entertain the kids.

Daily rate $125 per night, minimum three nights depending on availability

Advance reservation deposit $300 due with signed application. Deposit reverts to security deposit at move-in. Security deposit, less $100 cleaning fee, will be returned within 14 days if no damage to rental. First 50% of rent due 60 days before move in and full payment of appropriate rent due two weeks before move-in. Checks, money orders, PayPal, or cash only. 60-day cancellation notice required. Published rates are plus sales tax of 9%. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, but some flexibility may be available. Check-in after 3 pm, check-out before 10am. Linens and towels are furnished.
