Front porch overlooks Alligator Bay and the Appalachicola National Forest. Alligator Point is the way Florida used to be, not commercialized but serene and naturally beautiful with private homes. The beach is quiet; fishing is great; hiking is marvelous; boat tie-up in bay; wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Birding, hiking, canoeing, biking, charter fishing, great restaurants, shopping...all close by.

January-February $1,000/week + 9% sales tax + $250 security deposit

March - April $1,200/week + 9% sales tax + $250 security deposit

May - September $1,600/week + 9% sales tax + $250 security deposit

October - December $1,200/week + 9% sales tax + $250 security deposit

Saturday to Saturday rentals only. No weekends. No student rentals. No pets. No smoking. Rental fee is for up to 7 people. Extra charge for more than seven people. All rentals subject to Florida State tax (current rate is 9%). We require a refundable $250 Security Deposit.
