With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, there's plenty of room to spread out. If that isn't enough room, put a story between you. There are two equally inviting bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. This is the perfect set up for multi-generation travel. The downstairs is a wonderful retreat for grandparents when they need to recharge from enjoying the grandchildren. That also means no stairs to climb and they can sneak out and enjoy the beautiful beach without anyone noticing.

In addition to the spacious interior, this house also offers relaxing spaces outdoors. A deck on the bayside of the house overlooks the bay across the street. In front of the house--directly on the Gulf--you can relax in the screened porch downstairs, or on the second deck upstairs. If that is not enough, there is a beautiful gazebo on the way down to the beach.

The Master bedroom upstairs includes a king bed and an attached bath. The second and third bedroom upstairs include a queen bed and share an attached bathroom. The first bedroom downstairs has bunk beds and an attached bath. The second room has 2 twin beds. The downstairs living room also includes two queen sleeper sofas. This family-friendly home also includes a high chair, a booster seat, and a children's craft table. For guests needing additional space, The Beach House is located next door to the Generals' Quarters offering 6 additional bedrooms and can be reserved for an additional fee. Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday. Refundable deposit of $350 required to make reservation. Thirty-day cancellation notice required. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration. Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival. All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
