Our home sleeps 6 people very comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with shower. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed, and a private sink/vanity with access to a shared bath with shower. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, a TV/VCR, private sink/vanity, and shared bath with shower. The laundry room is complete with washer & dryer, and toilet & sink.

The kitchen is complete with table & chairs, all appliances and is fully equipped to make meal preparation a breeze. The Living room is spacious and comfortable, with great views of the ocean from all the windows. Our "Media Room" is private and comfortable - just the place to watch a favorite movie or TV show. Enjoy water views from every room in the house. We know you will love this place as much as we do!

Cleaning Fee is $110.00, paid at check-out.

After Sept 8, 2012, Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec weeks $1050.00/week

We rent Saturday to Saturday only, but will consider nightly rentals after

Sept 8th. There is a $600.00 minimum rental amount for 1 - 4 nights.

A 6% lodging tax is collected in addition to the above Rental Rates.

A $300.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the entire payment due 60 days prior to your stay, at which time the deposit becomes a cleaning/damages deposit. This deposit is refunded to you after the cleaning service has completed an inspection. If you cancel a reservation, your deposit is returned, but your rent payment is forfeited unless we are able to rent your week to someone else. In case of a government-mandated evacuation due to hurricane, rental return will be prorated.
