"Conch'ed Out" is located in an area of single family houses only, with no busy commercial congestion. Relax on one of 2 open decks with views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay. Spend the day just steps away on the uncrowded white, sandy beach. Watch for porpoise during the day and your favorite constellations at night. It's just a short drive to golf, fishing, shopping, dining and other activities in Gulf Shores.

Experience some Alabama history with a tour of nearby Fort Morgan, or ride the ferry to Dauphin Island and visit the SeaLab. Our home sleeps 10 people very comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with shower. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed, a private sink/vanity and access to a shared bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom #3 is for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4, a TV/VCR, private sink/vanity, and access to a shared bath with tub/shower. In a quiet corner of the extra large living room is a new queen sleeper sofa and large TV. Just steps away is another full bathroom with shower and an adjoining laundry room.

The kitchen is complete with table & chairs, all new Kenmore appliances, and is fully stocked to make meal preparation a breeze. Another large sofa,love seat, 2 comfy chairs, and game table with chairs rounds out the spacious living room. Enjoy views of the Gulf or Mobile Bay from every window in the house. We know you will love this place as much as we do. Please bring your own towels and paper products.

Cleaning Fee is $120.00, paid at check-out.

After Sept 8, 2012, Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec weeks $1,050.00/week

We will consider nightly rental from Sept 8 - Dec. at a rental minimum of

$600.00 for 1 - 4 nights; $150/night after 4 nights.

There is a 6% lodging tax in addition to the Rental Rate.

Rates do not include $120 cleaning fee or 6% lodging tax. A $300.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the entire payment due 60 days prior to rental, at which time the deposit becomes a damage deposit. This $300.00 is refunded to you after the cleaning service has completed an inspection. If you cancel a reservation, your deposit is returned, but your rent payment is forfeited unless we are able to rent your week to someone else. In case of government-mandated evacuation due to hurricane, rental return will be prorated.
