Enjoy great views from the deck and windows of this duplex Gulf view home with two - 2 bedroom units. This house is located just behind our other Beach Walk Gulf front house. It is on the same property and shares the same driveway and easy access to the beach. The beach is very close, just a few steps down our private shell driveway. This house is in an area of vacation homes only, no high-rises, no crowds, no hassles, no worries. Just relax and enjoy the new beautifully decorated accommodations, the beautiful sunsets and sunrises, the emerald green clean Gulf waters, and the sugar white sand.

We have priced this home well below average rental rates for the area. You will be very happy with this very clean beach house and the very reasonable price. Please help us spread the word about our new rental beach house and how great of a deal it is.
Also, begining in May 2008 the other side of this duplex (2 bedrooms and 1 bath) will also be available to rent for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Incredible views and just 20 steps down our private driveway to the beach.
