Dreams do come true if we hang in there. We want you to exhale and relax in our home away from home. This new in '99 complex sits directly on the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. Our 1 bedroom, 6th floor end unit has a breathtaking view from the front door, living room and private balcony. It is beautifully decorated & loaded with everything from hair dryers to beach umbrellas & VHS movies to wind down your evening. The building has 2 elevators so you are steps away from lounging around the indoor/outdoor pool or catching a quick wave ride in the Gulf of Mexico.

There's always plenty of parking and on-site security. Orange Beach is known for its family atmosphere and there's plenty to occupy your time. Eat at one of our tasty seafood restaurants or sit down for a big juicy steak at a local steakhouse. After dinner, go shopping at nearby beach stores & outlets or take the kids for a round of miniature golf, go-carts or arcade fun. To finish off a wonderful day, take a evening stroll down the quiet moonlit beach. It's your vacation and the possibilities are endless. Hope to see you soon!

From $110 night/spring - $ 180. night/summer

Must rent weekly Sat. to Sat during peak summer months

4 night min.spring - 3 night min after Labor day

We may rent for fewer nights closer to rental date if unit is not rented.

Winter Rentals - 3 month minimum (available Nov.- Mar)

Rental Rates will also be charged a 11% lodging tax.. There is a 65.00 cleaning/linen fee for the 2 full bath unit and a refundable 150.00 key/security deposit. Unit Rental Must be paid for IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival date by: personal check, cashiers check or money order..NO CASH PLEASE..Sorry but we do not accept visa/mc at this time..Check Out is by 10A.M. and Check In is at 3 P.M. We strictly inforce check in/out due to time constraints on our cleaning service that has to prepare the unit for the next guests.Thanks you so much for your consideraton and help in this matter.
