Our spacious gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit with private wrap-around balcony is in the popular Summer House resort community. The unit has been completely redecorated (2005). All bedrooms are bright and cheerful and each has a private glass door leading to the balcony. Resort amenities include...large duel level outdoor pool with shallow section, waterfall, enormous sundeck and gazebo. Our on-site fitness center has a lovely heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and modern workout center and Summer House also has full time security and gated entrance. Also, on the property are tennis courts, basketball courts, children's playground, grilling area, putting green and extra parking for boats.

This comfortable and fully equipped unit has a large fully equipped cook-friendly kitchen, full sized washer and dryer and all household linens are supplied. The master suite features a king sized bed, private bath and private exit to balcony overlooking the beach. One secondary bedroom hosts a queen sized bed and the other two twins. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to let in lots of light and give access to the incredible wrap around balcony. The living and dining rooms have 3 sliding glass doors to add to that "being at the beach" feeling. The apartment has 4 TVs, 2 VCRs and games. The balcony is full of furniture for your lounging and dining enjoyment.
