The PALMS condominium is 1/2 mile west of Perdido Pass Bridge, at 26266 Perdido Beach Blvd 36561. This is a walk-in, ground floor unit that sleeps 8 with sliding glass doors to the balcony (this is a ground floor Gulf front unit with front entrance to the outside-parking lot so you have no elevator ride to contend with). The unit features 1,400 sq. ft., 9 ft ceilings & tiled flooring (except bedrooms). The unit has new paint for 2008. The large Living area and Master bedroom have full views of The Gulf of Mexico. The Dining area has a full size dining table with 6 chairs. The Kitchen area is large & fully equipped for all cooking needs. There is a convenient bar area, and kitchen table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom features king size bed, TV with DVD player, telephone, clock radio, sliding glass doors to the balcony (Gulf front view), and a large private bath. The 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, DVD and clock radio. The 3rd bedroom has queen size bottom and twin top bunk beds, TV and clock radio. All have ceiling fans.
