Orange Beach 1b Gulf View condo

This SWEET, cozy, non-smoking condo is adorable and will be a special place for your beach get-a-way. It is located ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH with access to the beach as well as to the adjacent Al State Park Beach. The Park has parking, facilities and a shower. The condo comfortably accommodates a MAXIMUM of (4) four adults and (2) two children. No more than (4) four adults are allowed. With 2 adults, no more thaan 4 children under the age of 14 are allowed. These limits are for your comfort due to the size of the condo. I will appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a dresser, TV/DVD and a large closet. Bunk beds for the children are tucked away in the hallway. The living, dining and kitchen are all open with views of the Gulf. The sofa has a queen pull-out bed. It is on the 2nd floor, and with the large private balcony, there is a panaramic view of the beautiful Gulf.

Cotton Bayou is directly adjacent to the condo with public boat launching, fishing piers and boat/trailer parking. It flows directly to the Perdido Pass Bridge and out to the open Gulf. Bring your boat and/or fishing gear for great fishing. A paved hiking/biking trail starts behind the condo and treks alongside the bayou for a short distance then continues for a stroll or fast paced exercise. Search "Orange Beach Attractions" and "Gulf Shores Attractions" to see all the great things to see and do which are located a short distance from the condo.
With all the special amenities, the cozy condo, nice pool, and relaxing, adventurous things to do, memories of your get-a-way will be cherished for a very long time!
