$250/night Thursday through Saturday; 3 night minimum

Off season (November - February) rate is $875/week; $150/night

$200 refundable damage deposit, if no damage. $50 refundable cleaning fee, if house left reasonably clean with only dirty linens left to clean. Check-in is 3:00 p.m.; Chect-out is 11:00 a.m. Reservation requires rental fee plus $250 refundable deposits 21 days prior to check-in; Cash required within the 21 day window.
