Newly renovated (2009) beach-front unit!  Low-density complex less than 1 mile from The Hangout.  Only about 50 steps (during high tide) to the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet, uncrowded part of the beach.  Wake up to the sound of the surf!  Doors to the balcony open from the living room and master bedroom.  The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean with an unobstructed view. This building is closer to the Gulf than any other condo complex in Gulf Shores.  Reserved, covered parking for 2 cars available right under the unit, but there is no elevator.  The complex is across the street from Pier 33 Grocery Store and within easy walking distance of Bahama Bob's.  Parasailing, banana boats, jet skis, etc are available within walking distance. A sunken ship (the "Whiskey" wreck) frequented by divers and snorkelers lies less than 1/2 a mile down the beach (about 150 yards offshore).

**Summer rate applies to holidays, Shrimp Fest, and spring break week.

**10% Discount to repeat renters.

Cleaning fee is $75. Mandatory lodging tax is 11%. The cleaning fee and taxes must be added to the rates shown above. A damage and security deposit in the amount of $300 is required to secure a reservation. Renters must be 25 years of age.
