All rates include taxes, normal housekeeping, fees, etc. There are NO EXTRAS! Reservations/rates are confirmed upon receipt of a $200 per unit refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure provided there is no damage/loss or additional housekeeping. The deposit may not be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of your arrival date. Rental fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival date. All rates are subject to change. Weekly rentals (Sat. to Sat.) for summer and holidays---3 night minimum otherwise. Check-in 4PM Check-out 11AM $25.00 processing fee for cancellations
