We are a pet-free and smoke-free house

Price includes cleaning fee and taxes. Summer rentals are weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. A $300 refundable deposit/damage fee is due at the time the reservation is made. This fee is separate from the rental fee and will be promptly refunded after the house is cleaned and checked and the key returned.
