A gentle sea breeze blows in off the Gulf of Mexico as you relax on dazzling sugar sand beaches, in the Gulf front pools or hot tubs, or in a chair on your private patio. This luxury ground floor 2 bedroom unit is newly updated (2009) and is the closest condo in the building to the beach, providing you with a beautiful view of the ocean.  Our unit is family owned and professional management is on-site. There are 7 pools (one indoor), 8 tennis courts and golf at Kiva Dunes.  There is a restaurant & lounge, BBQ grills, a beach store, game rooms and on-site movie rentals. This is a private gated community with 2,000 feet of beautiful private beach.

There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom and 2 queen size beds in the Guest bedroom.  The living room has a large sectional sofa and ottoman to relax and look at the ocean.  There is a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the Master bath.  This is the largest 2 bedroom unit in the complex.
