This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located next to the pool and is within easy walking distance to the clubhouse and the complimentary short game course in the PGA Village. The PGA Village offers three championship courses and a large Learning Center offering a driving range, putting green, sand trap, chipping area and for an additional cost golf lessons.

The Learning Center charges one fee for a full day of practice. You may come and go as you please to really tune up your game. Within a 30 minute ride are numerous golf courses for a variety of courses to suit all playing levels. As far as sleeping arrangements, one bedroom has two queen beds with a full bath and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two full beds and a full bath. Each bedroom has its own screened balcony with chairs and a table. Both balconies overlook the pool. Towels, pool towels and 300+ count sheets make for a very comfortable stay after a day on the course or by the pool. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. Local phone service is included. This is a non-smoking unit; smoking is permitted outside only. Pets are considered and there is an additional charge.
