Welcome to the Atlantic Ocean! You will be staying in a unit with a direct oceanfront view on the 3rd floor. The unit features 2 beds and 2 baths. The Living room has a direct straight-on view and a view up the coast to the north (there are windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. This unit is closest to the beach in the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically like sitting on the sand below.

There's no road to cross... walk out of the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction. Just updated (2007) with upscale tastes... fresh paint, new carpet, all new furniture, new artwork, and new TVs. There's cable TV in both bedrooms and the Living room. There's a BIG screen plasma TV in living room. A spacious Master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed comes complete with a walk-in-closet and vanity area. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. There's a sleeper sofa in living room, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

We are under 10 minutes south of Cocoa Beach, and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. The Satellite Beach/Melbourne area has great restaurants, a world-class tennis center just minutes away and golf close by. Our condo is licensed by the State of Florida and Brevard County for short-term rental, having passed inspection for compliance with state regulations governing fire code, health and safety. Not many private condo rentals can make this claim!
