A perfect getaway for golf lovers and families, you’ll appreciate the natural beauty of this 18-hole course, heated swimming pool, warm breezes, 10-minute drive to the beach, and minutes from six other golf courses. Located in East/Central Florida, New Smyrna Beach is a 25-minute drive from the Daytona Beach Airport and about an hour from Orlando International Airport. It is ideally situated for exciting day trips all over central and north Florida including St. Augustine, Cocoa Beach, and Orlando. New Smyrna Beach is away from the hectic pace of the tourist traps but still a host to many great restaurants, activities and shops. Treat yourself to a stress-free vacation in our clean, single-story, fully furnished home with attached 2-car garage and featuring a Florida room overlooking the 8th fairway.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and adjacent roomy full bath with separate tub, shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin trundle beds and a large closet. A queen size air mattress is provided to comfortably sleep a total of 6 people. All appliances, linens, and a fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. After a round of golf, take a swim in the pool or relax on the beach just a 10-minute drive from Turnbull Bay. Downtown New Smyrna Beach features a drive-on beach area where you’ll also find quaint shops, cafes, and places to rent bikes, ATVs or water boards. Launches from Kennedy Space Center can be seen from the beach!
