This spacious and comfortable ocean view studio efficiency has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The new (2009) Murphy Bed system has two new queen size beds so it can easily accommodate four adults or a small family. The living room has a sofa, recliner, and TV/reading chair with Ottoman. The bathroom has a combo tub/shower and a separate little dressing room area with a closet, and a large mirrored vaniety with drawers for additional storage. You see blue ocean the minute you walk into the condo. The private balcony has outdoor furniture.

The fully stocked kitchen has a dinette to seat up to six guests. This condo has been totally remodeled in 2005 with all new cabinetry, counters, tiled floors, plus fresh paint and decorating. The bathroom has a separate dressing room area with large closet and vanity. There is plenty of storage room for clothing. This condo is located across from the elevator on the 3rd floor of a four story resort. This four-story resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone at Mariner's Cove, 3700 South Atlantic Ave. #309. The resort has a swimming pool (UNHEATED), shuffleboard, and on-site laundry room.

There is free parking behind the building and free beach access just steps away. The resort is directly across from the beach and ocean front park. The park is in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family safety. The oceanfront park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic and recreation area, and a life guard on duty. The park has a playground, a basketball court, and two handball courts. You can spend the whole day at the beach and then return to your condo just steps away. If you don't want to walk across the street to the beach, just pack the car with all your beach gear and drive across to the beach with free parking available.

The 4-story resort has an elevator, laundry facilities, swimming pool (unheated), and shuffleboard. It's located directly across the road from the ocean with free beach access and parking across the street at a beautiful county park. The ocean front park has covered picnic area, restrooms, lifeguard on duty, playground and recreation area so it's perfect for a day of fun at the beach just steps from the condo.

$150 security deposit required to guarantee reservation. Rates are subject to 12.5% tax and a $50 one-time cleaning fee. Rates are discounted after Labor Day. Rates may be higher during holidays and special events. Full deposit refund with 30 day cancellation notice.
