New Smyrna Beach vacation rental

My oceanview Studio condo is across from the beach and sleeps up to four guests with a full size Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa. The Murphy bed glides up into a large wall cabinet during the day so you don't have to walk around it. This spacious ocean view studio condominium has sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony with views to the sea. When you walk in the front door you see blue ocean. It has a living room with plenty of comfortable seating including a recliner, reading chair, and queen sleeper sofa.

The fully stocked kitchen has a dinette to seat up to six guests. This condo has been totally remodeled in 2005 with all new cabinetry, counters, tiled floors, plus fresh paint and decorating. The bathroom has a separate dressing room area with large closet and vanity. There is plenty of storage room for clothing. This condo is located across from the elevator on the 3rd floor of a four story resort. This four-story resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone at Mariner's Cove, 3700 South Atlantic Ave. #309. The resort has a swimming pool (UNHEATED), shuffleboard, and on-site laundry room.

There is free parking behind the building and free beach access just steps away. The resort is directly across from the beach and ocean front park. The park is in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family safety. The oceanfront park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic and recreation area, and a life guard on duty. The park has a playground, a basketball court, and two handball courts. You can spend the whole day at the beach and then return to your condo just steps away. If you don't want to walk across the street to the beach, just pack the car with all your beach gear and drive across to the beach with free parking available.

$150 security deposit required to guarantee reservation. Rates are subject to 12.5% tax and a $50 one-time cleaning fee. Rates are discounted after Labor Day. Rates may be higher during holidays and special events. Full deposit refund with 30 day cancellation notice.
