My 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condo is on the top 3rd floor right near the elevator and laundry facilities, and just steps away from the beach. It can accommodate up to six guests. It's located at Point East Condominiums, 3801 South Atlantic Avenue #309 in an oceanfront resort with an Olympic size pool (heated), a kiddie pool, a shuffleboard, covered picnic area and oceanfront lounging deck. The resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone so it's a car-free beach. The oceanfront resort is located next to the 27th Avenue City park with a lifeguard on duty.

The park has restrooms, outdoor showers, a covered picnic area, playground and recreation area. This deluxe unit has a beautiful ocean view from the private balcony and both bedrooms. The balcony faces south for warm southern exposure in the winter months. You can see and hear the ocean from the master suite through the separate door leading to the balcony. This condo is beautifully decorated and all floors are tiled throughout. It has a well stocked kitchen with a pass-through breakfast bar and separate dining area.

The kitchen has all new (2007) major and minor appliances, plus all utensils. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has one full size AND one twin size bed, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and TWO comfortable recliners. I just redecorated with brand new living room furniture and new bedding.
