New Smyrna Beach 1 bedroom Ocean View Condo

This beautifully decorated 1BD/1BA ocean "peek" condo has a new king size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a cute little bonus bunk room with a twin bed for my little guests. It has a small balcony off the master suite with warm southern exposure and a partial ocean and sunset view. It faces the outside of the building. The condo is freshly painted in bold tropical colors and has new living room furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. The bathroom has a combo tub/shower and plenty of big fluffy bath towels and extra linens. This condo is family friendly with beach chairs, beach towels, toys and games. It's equipped with free wireless Internet and Cable TV/VCR/DVD.

The balcony faces south for warm southern exposure in the winter months. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet and French door to the balcony. The Living room has a brand new queen-size sleeper, recliner and swivel rocker. There is a cute little bonus bunk room across from the kitchen with a twin bed perfect for my "pint size" guests. The blue sky and white fluffy clouds in this children's room can make them very sleepy at bed time...and after dark the stars come out and glow on the ceiling.

This condo has all new (2007) upgraded appliances. It's beautifully furnished and decorated in bold "tropical colors". The floors are tiled throughout the main area and carpeted in the bedroom. It has free phone service, and Cable TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and bedroom.

This condo is on the top 5th floor right near the elevator and laundry facilities. It has an assigned parking place near the entrance. The resort has two Olympic size pools (one is heated to perfection), two kiddie pools, newly remodeled clubhouse, shuffleboard, and large ocean front lounging deck. It's located in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping plaza. It's also on the public bus line for transportation to surrounding areas.
