| There are not
one, but two king size beds, one queen size bed, and two full size
futons, along with a leather sleeper sofa. There are lots of games,
videos and DVD's. The Kitchen is fully furnished with all of the
amenities for those of you who love to cook, or who are entertaining
family over the holidays. These include an electric range with
convection oven stocked with basic supplies including place settings for
12, cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking pans, coffee maker, toaster,
a blender for frozen drinks, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator and
microwave oven. There is also a breakfast bar as well as a breakfast
area. Most of our guests like to slide open the four sliding glass
doors which open twelve feet wide to let the outdoors in and to relax in
front of the pool under the Lanai, feeling the breeze of two high speed
fans while they enjoy a cocktail as well as their meals.
Surprisingly, it is hard to do anything but relax. The Great Room
features a 71 inch High Definition projection TV with DirecTV, a Bose
DVD Player, ceiling fan, and a leather sofa. The Master bedroom has a
brand new 46 inch High Definition LCD Sony Bravia TV, a king-size
bed, a ceiling fan, a comfortable chair, a DVD player, two end tables
and a telephone. |
The Master bath has a
Jacuzzi tub, step down shower and a walk-in closet, a hair dryer, plush
towels, a separate toilet, a telephone and a double sink. The
second bedroom has a brand new king sized bed, a ceiling fan, a TV and a
telephone. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a ceiling fan,
a TV and a telephone. The Living room has a brand new double size
futon. The Dining room also has a brand new double futon. The
second full bath has plush towels with access to pool area. A
screened-in in-ground heated pool is 15' by 30' with a Hot Springs spa
out under the stars, and large enough for 6 people. A Weber grill
with full set of cooking utensils, 2 lounge chairs, a glass dining table
with 6 chairs, glass table with 2 chairs, towels and floating raft
complete the poolside amenities. The laundry room has a clothes washer
and dryer. The garage feature computerized access. Your beach kit
includes: a cooler on wheels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach
umbrella with stand. We also have central air conditioning, an intercom
system, tile flooring and carpet throughout the house, along with a
partially fenced yard. |
