Located on the 5th floor of a six floor building, this single-level, 3 bedroom, ocean front condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean. This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 851 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine). This is building 8, a fifth floor end unit. The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate 8, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet cooking area full of amenities.

There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in between. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views.

The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed. The other bedroom has two twins, plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Our condo is located just a short walk from the 2 Cinnamon beach pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment overlooking the ocean and a large pool with chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, Matanzas Golf Club and Grand Haven Golf Club.
