The Master suite has a king size bed, 12 foot ceiling, in-suite bath with tiled shower and a washer/dryer.

The Master offers plenty of closet and drawer space, a 13 inch TV/VCR, comfy leather recliner, tile floor and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower and pedestal sink. The Living room/Dining room/kitchen is very spacious and features wood flooring. There is a new dishwasher, an in-sink garbage disposal, a range with radiant surface units and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The Living room has a queen size sofabed, TV, DVD/CD player, stereo, adult and child board games and puzzles.

The first floor patio has a table and chairs for outside dining and a shower for rinsing after a dip in the ocean. The second floor deck is partially covered. The ocean breezes make it a perfect spot for morning coffee, dining, sunbathing or just relaxing. The flat is located within a 5 minute walk to public tennis courts, a basketball court and a family park and playground. The 30 minute walk to the Village is invigorating and there you will find restaurants, a great little book store, Starbucks along with local specialty shops. It is just a 30 minute drive to St. Augustine, World Golf, Amelia Island and beautiful downtown Jacksonville.
